Infinity is a raised pilothouse, Pacific range vessel with walk-around side decks, flybridge steering station and large upper boat deck. Her interior was extensively refit by Delta Marine in 2004. She was originally finished in Brazilian mahogany, brass and marble, and much of her original mahogany was incorporated into the new interior. She has accommodations for six in three below deck staterooms, each with its own full-sized ensuite head and shower. The staterooms have been updated with new wall coverings, lighting, flooring and headliners. In the original design, there were crew quarters, accessible only through an outside hatch on the bow deck. This has been converted to a walk-in closet and laundry room (with full size appliances), now accessible through a watertight, 6-dog door from the master stateroom.
The galley was moved to the bow during the 2004 refit, and is outfitted with mahogany cabinets, Cambrian Black granite countertops, GE Profile/Arctica appliances, and a Bottorini Fiorito marble floor (heated). The salon has been refit with an electric fireplace with an Ubatuba granite hearth, a media cabinet, and a 42" flat screen HD plasma television (on a plasma lift so it can be stowed inside its cabinet when not in use). The day head has been moved to the outboard port wall, and is accessed through an original interior boat door. The dining room is amidships, with outboard cabinets on each wall and a bar that divides the dining room from the salon, all topped with Ubatuba granite. The perimeter of the salon/dining room is finished at the ceiling level with crown molding encasing rope lighting for ambient illumination of the entire salon and dining room area.
Starboard stairs provide access from the main deck level to the Master’s and Guest Staterooms. The master cabin features a centerline walk-around queen size berth, hanging locker storage and drawer space, dresser and nightstands. The ensuite owners’ head features a Jacuzzi tub and shower, lapis lazuli tile floor and vanity. Aft are port and starboard guest staterooms. The port cabin has a double berth and desk and the starboard features twin berths. Both cabins have ensuite heads with large shower stalls.
The aft deck features a retractable canvas awning, providing shelter from the sun and rain. The main deck level is accessed through double doors from the aft deck or from midship dogged doors located port and starboard. Dwight's favorite part of Infinity is the engine room. It is accessible through a hatch on the aft deck, or through a hatch inside the main cabin.
The pilothouse is finished in mahogany, complemented with genuine leather paneling. Electronics are recessed into the panel of the console and easily operated from the helm seat. To port is a large navigation and charting table with drawers. Aft of the helm seat is a settee and a dogged door providing access to the flybridge and boat deck.
The flybridge steering station offers great visibility and has duplicated radio and engine controls. There is a helm seat/settee athwartships and deckbox seating to port. Aft of the flybridge is the top deck. To port is a stainless steel BBQ/smoker and to starboard is an electric davit. The hull was sandblasted to bare steel during the 2004 refit, and new bottom and hull paint were applied.
